BIDDING METHOD: This property will be sold ABSOLUTE as one tract based on 190 acres. Bids will be per acre and multiplied times 190 to reach the final purchase price.
INCOME AND PAYMENTS: All CRP income will be divided according to FSA rules and current CRP contract.
EARNEST DEPOSIT: 10% will be due and non-refundable from the buyer upon becoming the successful bidder at this auction event. The remainder will be due upon closing August 21, 2009 or before.
PURCHASE AGREEMENT: The successful buyer(s) will enter into a purchase agreement with the sellers the day of the auction event.
