EARNEST DEPOSIT: 20% will be due and non-refundable from the buyer upon becoming the successful bidder at this auction event. The remainder will be due upon closing on or before August 18th.
CLOSING: Closing will be held on August 18th or before.
PURCHASE AGREEMENT: The successful buyer(s) will enter into a purchase agreement with the sellers the day of the auction event.

The city park in Mondamin is located east of the railroad tracks, one block north of Highway 127 or the intersection of North Vine Street and Elm Street.
